    How do I refer people?
    1. Share your personal link*: you can find it under Account Details in your online account or on the app
    2. Your friends uses your link to switch to us:  they can do this online or over the phone
    3. Once they’re officially part of the family, you both get £60: you’ll see this on your account in around 23 days

    How many friends can I refer?

    You can earn this reward as many times as you wish, there is no limit on the number of people you can refer!

    Which means that the more you refer the more you earn. So, get loud and refer your soulmate, friends, family and colleagues to get some extra credit.

    You can keep an eye on how much you’ve earned, and how many people you have successfully referred, by logging into your online account.

    When will I get my bonus credit?

    We’ll add the credit to your account after your friend signs up and when the switch is completed. This is usually within 23 days but sometimes it might take a little longer. That’s why it’s important to ensure that your friend completes the switch, otherwise you won’t receive your bonus.

    The bonus credit will then appear on the next available bill.

    How can I see the number of referrals I have made?

    If you log into your account, you can check the number of successful referrals and how much you have earned.

    We’ll also send you a congratulations email when a bonus credit has been added to your account.

    I referred a friend and I haven’t received my bonus credit?

    Just like the old saying, “good things come to those who wait!”

    Your bonus credit will be applied shortly after the supply start date of the person being referred, which is usually 23 days after your friend signs up, but sometimes it might take a little longer. So simply wait for this date to pass and the credit should appear in your account.

    I have been referred to Green Network Energy, when will I receive my credit?

    If you’re one of the lucky ones who was referred, your credit will be applied to your account shortly after your supply start date. The credit will appear on your first invoice which you should expect to receive after one or three months if you’re on monthly quarterly billing.

    I have a Prepayment Meter; can I still join through this scheme?

    No, sadly this scheme is not available to existing customers on prepayment or new customers with a prepayment meter. We are working on when this will be available to prepayment customers.

Important information

The gas industry is going through a period of change during 23 May and 06 June 2017. This change affects all gas suppliers, and as a result of this, you may experience a slight delay to your switching journey.

What does this mean for me?

Don't worry - you don't need to do anything. Your energy supply will remain uninterrupted during this extended period of transition from your previous supplier to us.
