When can I renew my tariff?

We’ll send you an email telling you our new tariff prices, how you can fix your energy prices again, and information on what happens if you do nothing.

We’ll also send you a few more reminders before your contract ends.

Our fixed family tariffs usually provide the best value for money and come with 100% renewable electricity. So, it makes sense to renew and fix your energy prices again for 12 or 24 months.

Please note that during your 49-day renewal period, you can switch tariff or supplier without having to pay exit fees.

During the 49 days, you can log into your account and head to the Renewal tab to choose a new fixed tariff. Find out how to renew in your online account.

Or if you prefer, you can renew over the phone. Just give us a call with a recent meter reading handy and we can give you a renewal quote there and then.

If you’ve not renewed your tariff, you will be moved onto our Standard Variable Tariff (SVT).

As it’s a variable tariff, the unit prices may go up or down depending on what’s happening in the wholesale market. But as there are no exit fees, you can switch to a different tariff or switch supplier at any time.

After the 49 days have ended you can still renew with us, but you will no longer be able to see the renewal options in your online account.

Just give us a call on 0800 520 0202 with a recent meter reading and we’ll talk you through our available plans.
