I’ve missed my renewal date, can I still renew?

Yes, even though you’ve missed your renewal date, you can still change to one of our other tariffs.
Contact our customer care team as soon as possible on 0800 520 0202, Monday to Friday 8:00 am-6:30 pm and Saturday 9.00 am-1.00 pm with current readings and they will be able to go through all the options with you.
