Can I do my renewal online? How do I do it?

Yes, you are now able to renew online in a few easy steps!

From the date your renewal period starts, every time you log in to your online account, you will be shown the cheapest similar tariff available and offered the chance to renew. To complete the renewal, you will just need to follow the on-screen instructions. Below you can find an example of how what the self-service portal will show when inside the renewal period.
The tariff is correct as of the time you log in. Please remember that the tariff shown may only be available for a limited time, is subject to change and you will need to agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Once you have selected a new tariff you won’t be shown the information again.
If you would prefer to speak to someone about renewing, contact our customer care team on 0800 520 0202, Monday to Friday 8:00 am-6:30 pm and Saturday 9.00 am-1.00 pm.
You’ll need some up to date meter readings so we can get your account up to date. Then we use your Estimated Annual Consumption for electricity and your Annual Quantity (an estimate of annual gas usage), add Standing Charges & VAT to find the best tariff available for you.
