Switching to us with a prepayment meter

We currently have one prepayment tariff. This is a variable priced tariff that includes 33% renewable electricity as standard.

Once we're your supplier, please register your electricity key or gas card straight away so your meter has the correct tariff details.

Any remaining credit on the meter will be wiped once you've registered your new key or card. Simply get in touch with your previous supplier to reclaim the credit.

If your prepayment meter is smart, please get in touch with us via our webform.

We can’t use smart prepayment meters yet. We’ll need to set you up with a monthly Direct Debit after you’ve switched to either our fixed or variable tariff.

We’ll then use your meter as a standard credit meter, meaning you’ll need to send us regular meter readings.

We currently don’t offer an online account for standard prepayment meters.
