Do I need to provide meter readings for my prepayment account?
When your Green Network Energy supply starts, please provide us with a start reading. After the 1st meter reading you provide we won’t need any more reads as we receive a reading each time you top up.

How do I read my meter?
To get a meter reading from your electricity meter, you will need to press the blue button on the meter. This will change the screen from showing the remaining credit to the actual meter reading. If you have a two rate meter, for example, economy 7 screen H will display the consumption in kWh for rate 1 and the screen J will display it for rate 2.
For your gas meter, press and hold the Red Button A until you hear a bleep. Your meter will show a number in the right-hand corner of the meter display, you just need to scroll through the display screens, by pressing Red Button A to the meter index screen.
Whenever you top up, a meter reading will be passed to us, so you don’t need to worry about providing regular readings.
