What should I do if my Key/Card hasn’t arrived?
Sorry to hear your key/card hasn't arrived in time. If you haven’t received it before your supply date, please get in touch with us right away. You can contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 520 02 02 or email us at email@example.com.
As soon as you receive your Green Network Energy electricity key or gas card, please register it immediately by inserting it into your meter before topping up any credit.
My Key/Card is not working or it's showing an error code?
Keys and Cards are very fragile pieces of equipment, for this reason, it’s important to take care of them and find a safe place to store your key/card when they’re not in use.
If your key/card isn’t working, we recommend taking the device out of the meter, cleaning it with a dry cloth and then reinserting it back into the meter. We also advise blowing inside the card slot, removing dirt or dust that could be trapped.
Always check if the key/card is inserted in the right way and that there is no visible damage or broken parts. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 520 02 02.
If your meter is showing an error code when you insert your key/card, please write down what is displayed on the screen's meter and let us know so that we can help you.
