How do I change my username or password?
To change your password:
- On the app login page, click on ‘Forgotten password’.
- Enter your email address (this is the same as your username).
- Click ‘Reset’.
- Go to your email account and click the link received in the email from us. If you don’t receive the verification email, we’d recommend you check your junk/spam folders before trying again.
- Type in your new password and click ‘Submit’.
- Go back to the app to log in to your account with your new password.
Please note you will need to use your new password to access your online account.
To change your username, you will need to log in to your online account and then:
- Go to the ‘My details’ tab in your account.
- Select ‘Modify details’ and enter in the new email address you wish to use.
- Select ‘Confirm’. A verification link will be sent to your new email. If you don’t receive the verification email, we’d recommend you check your junk/spam folders before trying again.
- Click the link in the email to log into your online account with the new email address.
