Moving in

If your new home is already being supplied by Green Network Energy, we can set up your account straight away. Call us on 0800 520 0202 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We’ll need to know:

  • The date you moved in or became responsible for the property
  • Meter readings for that date
  • Your new address
  • Your full name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Your Direct Debit details if applicable

If you’ve moved in but are unsure who your supplier is, there are a few ways to find out:

  • Check for company names on any statements, bills or letters
  • Ask the landlord, letting agent or previous owner
  • Contact your Distributor Network Operator
