We’ll need you to provide the information below in order for us to create your account.

  • The date you became responsible for or move into the property;
  • Meter readings for this above date;
  • Your full name and contact details.

If you’re not sure who your supplier is then there are a few ways to find out:

  • Ask the previous owners/tenants or letting agents/landlords;
  • Look for bills/statements etc from companies.
