Is It Possible To Access To All My Properties Under The Same Account?
Yes, it’s possible.
Even if each property contains different supply details, you can merge the number of properties you wish into one single account. So, you can easily manage your energy consumption through all, in just one place.
For the moment the only way to merge your properties is by calling our Customer Care Team.
To switch through your properties’ account, you’ll just need to log in into your account and click on the “Account Home” section. As soon as you are, on this page, you are able to choose which account you would like to manage.
If you are having problems when log into your account, maybe you already have an account with us. Please call us at 0800 520 0202 and we’ll merge your account together under the same login details.
