Is It Possible To Access To All My Properties Under The Same Account?

Yes, it’s possible.

Even if each property contains different supply details, you can merge the number of properties you wish into one single account. So, you can easily manage your energy consumption through all, in just one place.

For the moment the only way to merge your properties is by calling our customer services team.

To switch through your properties’ account, you’ll just need to log in to your account and click on the dropdown arrow on the top right of your online account.

From here you can choose which account you would like to manage.
