Moving Out

We understand that moving your business is incredibly stressful.

So, to make it easy and simple please let us know 30 days in advance so we can start to work on your moving details. You will still need to confirm with us and provide the necessary information the day you move out.

If you’re leaving a site we supply, we will need the following information:

  1. This from: Moving Out Form, signed and dated in all the right places. When completed, please send it over to support@greennetworkenergy.co.uk.
  2. We may also ask for evidence of your move in details to ensure we are billing you correctly. It would be useful to have a copy of your lease, lease surrender or completion statement ready for when you let us know you’re leaving/left.

If you’re happy with our service and you want to stay with Green Network Energy, by choosing us as your supplier to your new business premises, then please let us know and we will help. We can provide you with a quote and check if we’re already the supplier.

We may also be able to transfer your existing agreement to your new property. Just give us a call, so we can discuss on your contract.
