I think I have been charged incorrectly
If you believe that you have been charged too much, before getting in touch with our customer’s services, please check:
- If the meter reads used to calculate your bill matches with the one you had provided
- If you have a debit or credit on your past bills. Your bill will be higher or lower as we’re charging for energy used in previous months.
- If you have more than one reading on your meter then they could be mixed up.
Please keep in mind that any changes to your business, for example: the introduction of new equipment, changes in staff numbers or opening hours, may cause changes to your energy consumption.
