What will happen at the end of my contract?
Your energy contract with us won’t be automatically renewed.
So, when your plan is coming to an end and as soon as you receive your notice, you’ll have a 30 days’ to either leave or renew the contract.
However, if we haven’t heard from you within 30 days, you’ll be moved onto a Deemed Price Plan, but you’ll then be free to change your tariff at any time
