Understanding Multi-site Bills
If you’re contracted as a multi-site setup option, your bill will be slightly different, depending on your agreement with us.
If all payments are handled by the main or parent account, there are two options:
- The main account receives an invoice. This invoice will display details for each site account below the “Billed Summary”, as well as each Meter Point Number under the “Electricity and Gas Consumption Charges” section. Whereas the “child accounts” will receive a separate statement, sent for information purposes only (not for payment), detailing the units and consumption used for that one site.
2. The parent account can receive a statement and the child account can receive their individual invoices or the other way around.
* Please be aware that the Parent Account or Main Account contains all charges and consumption for child accounts.
