What is my MPAN, MPRN and Meter Serial Number and where can I find it?
The Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) is a 21-digit number, that starts with letter S and is used to identify your electricity meter supply identification number.
You’ll find your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) on your electricity invoice under “Electricity Consumption Charges”.
The Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is a 13-digit number and is used to identify your gas meter. This number will be displayed on your gas invoice under your “Gas Charges Details”.
The Meter Serial Number is unique to your meter and it appears on your meter and energy invoices. This number identifies your meter, so we can charge correctly for your energy consumption.
Please contact us, if your meter serial number doesn’t match with the number on your bill, as you may not be paying the correct amount for your energy supply.
