We’re pleased to announce that our new mobile app and self-service portal are live! This means that if you have an existing account, your current credentials are no longer working. Please set up a new online account to use both services.
You have two options to create a new online account. You can do it by using either the app or self-service portal. The choice is yours; just follow the steps below.
Register your account
STEP 1 – Either download or update the app and click on Register your account. Alternatively, go directly to the self-service portal.
STEP 2 –Enter your account number and supply address postcode, then click on Create account.
STEP 3 – Enter a password then click Set password. Once set, you’ll shortly receive a verification email.
STEP 4 – Click the link in the verification email received to verify and activate your account.
STEP 5 – Go back to the app or self-service portal to login using your new credentials.
