Green Network Energy in The Race for 2 Utility Week Star Awards
Green Network Energy is leading the way in the race for the Utility Week Star Awards 2018, with 2 Star Award nominations, at an individual and team level.
After successfully growing in the UK market, the company’s achievements are beyond anything we could have expected. Our mission is to create an innovation-focused energy company, where customer-focused digital initiatives are engraved onto the heart of our brand.
We have been shortlisted for The Big Bang Award for Innovation – Customer facing, which recognises the efforts of teams who have brought together innovative ideas. Our team strives to enhance the customer experience and this award clearly represents our drive towards our customers.
We want to transform the way energy is delivered, and generate new ways in which customers view their utility provider.
Furthermore, we’re delighted to announce that Sabrina Corbo, founder and executive president of Green Network Group, has been nominated for the Hero Award – Individual 2018. This award recognises the entrepreneurship and dedication of an individual that made a real difference to the industry.
As a female entrepreneur, Corbo has been rewriting the rules to help build a better female future; in which gender stereotypes are challenged, by encouraging women to explore career opportunities in any field. As a leader, she has always provided the tools and knowledge to make her team stronger, and allow employees to grow by becoming great leaders.
The Utility Week Star Awards celebrates the commitment of the ‘heroes’ from all parts of the utility sector, who have gone beyond their call of duty. Winners will be highlighted on projects or campaigns completed during 2016/2017. The award ceremony will be held on Friday 29th June, at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel.
