How can I update my personal details?

Most of your personal details can be updated in your online account. Follow the steps below depending on the details you would like to update.

Email address (username)

1. Go to the ‘My details’ tab in your account.
2. Select ‘Modify details’ and enter in the new email address you wish to use.
3. Select ‘Confirm’. A verification link will be sent to your new email.
4. Click the link in the email to log into your online account with the new email address.

Remember that updating your email address also updates the username you need to log in to your account in the future.

Password

1. Go to the online account login page and click ‘Forgotten password’
2. Enter your email address registered to your account and click ‘reset’
3. Follow the link that was sent to your email address to change your password. Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the reset password email.

Telephone numbers

1. Go to the ‘My details’ tab in your account.
2. Select ‘Modify details’ and enter the new details.
3. Select ‘Confirm’
