We’re pleased to announce that our new mobile app and online account are live! This means that if you have an existing account, your current credentials are no longer working. Please set up a new online account to use both services.
Register your account
Step 1: Either download or update the app and click on Register your account. Or go directly to the GNE account.
Step 2: Enter your account number and supply address postcode, then click on Create account.
Step 3: Enter a password then click Set password. Once set, you’ll shortly receive a verification email.
Step 4: Click the link in the verification email received to verify and activate your account.
Step 5: Go back to the app or online account to login using your new credentials.
